- Outputs are digital files (and optional layout assets such as a print sheet). Delivery is electronic, typically immediately after successful payment when applicable.
- Whether a photo is accepted by a government or other issuing authority is decided solely by that authority. We do not guarantee acceptance.
3. Eligibility and acceptable use
- You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement in your jurisdiction.
- Upload only images you own or have the right to use for this purpose.
- Do not misuse the Service (including automated scraping, attacking infrastructure, or attempting to access others' data).
4. Fees and payment
Current fees are described on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe(or its affiliates). We do not store your full payment card details on our servers; card processing is subject to Stripe's terms and privacy policy. You authorize us and Stripe to charge the payment method you provide for agreed amounts.
5. License to outputs
Subject to successful payment where required, we grant you a non-exclusive license to use the generated outputs for personal use in connection with applications you submit. You may not resell the Service or misrepresent the outputs as official government products.
6. Disclaimers
The Service is provided as is and as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties such as merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
