- 35 × 45 mm — 12 country/document combinations. 35 × 45 mm is the most-used passport-photo size worldwide.
- 2 × 2 inch (51 × 51 mm) — 4 country/document combinations. The 2 × 2 inch (51 × 51 mm) square format is used by the US State Department, India's Passport Seva, and several Middle Eastern visa authorities.
- 33 × 48 mm — 1 country/document. 33 × 48 mm is the China visa photo size set by China's National Immigration Administration.
- 50 × 70 mm — 2 country/document combinations. 50 × 70 mm is the larger passport-photo size used by Canada and Brazil — bigger than both the international 35 × 45 mm standard and the US 51 × 51 mm.
- 45 × 35 mm (landscape) — 1 country/document. 45 × 35 mm is the landscape orientation of the standard 35 × 45 mm size.
- 40 × 40 mm — 1 country/document. 40 × 40 mm is a square-format passport-photo size used primarily by Argentina.
