About Fast Passport Photo Online
Fast Passport Photo Online is an independent online tool that creates biometric-compliant passport and visa photos.Each photo is sized and framed to the official requirements of the target country's issuing authority, using ICAO Doc 9303 as the baseline biometric standard. What we do
Fast Passport Photo Online helps travellers, students, and professionals produce submission-ready passport, visa, and biometric ID photos without booking a studio appointment. We support templates for 100+ countries and the Schengen Area, each backed by a spec entry that captures dimensions in millimetres, pixel ranges, DPI, background colour, file-size ceilings, and biometric framing rules.
How we keep specs accurate
Every template starts from primary-source guidance published by the issuing authority (passport office, ministry of foreign affairs, embassy, or consular service) and the relevant ICAO Doc 9303 sections for biometric facial framing. The exact references for each country are listed on the country page under "Where we sourced these specifications."

Our editors compile passport, visa, and ID photo specifications from official issuing authorities and ICAO Doc 9303 (Machine Readable Travel Documents). Each template is reviewed when a country updates its published rules.
What we are not
- We are not affiliated with any government, passport office, embassy, or consular service. We summarise their published rules.
- We do not represent or pre-approve submissions. Acceptance is ultimately decided by the office reviewing your application.
- We are not a print service. We deliver a compliant digital JPEG plus a print-ready sheet that you can print yourself or at any retail kiosk.
Privacy, security & data handling
Photos are processed only to produce your compliant output. We delete originals on a short retention schedule (see privacy policy). Payment is handled by Stripe — we never see your card details. For account or refund questions see the refund policy.
