Refund and cancellation policy
Effective date: April 2, 2026
This policy describes refunds and cancellations for purchases made through Fast Passport Photo Online. It applies alongside our Terms of Service and Pricing page. Payments are processed by Stripe; chargebacks may result in loss of access to paid deliverables and are reviewed under this policy and card network rules.
1. Nature of the product
You are purchasing digital goods (high-resolution exports and related files, where applicable). There is no physical shipment. Delivery is typically immediate after successful payment via download links or in-app access.
2. When we will refund or replace
- Service failure. If payment succeeds but you cannot access paid deliverables due to a verified platform or processing error on our side, contact us within 7 days of payment. We will either restore access, provide a replacement export, or issue a refund at our discretion.
- Duplicate charges. If you were charged twice by mistake for the same purchase, contact us with transaction details; we will correct or refund the duplicate after verification.
3. When refunds are generally not provided
- Delivered digital goods. After paid files have been successfully made available to you, refunds are generally not offered unless required by law or covered by section 2.
- Authority rejection. We cannot guarantee that an issuing authority will accept your photo. Refunds are not guaranteed when outputs were delivered but later rejected for reasons outside our control (e.g. subjective judgment, policy changes, or incorrect document type selected).
- User error. Mistakes in photo choice, document type, or failure to meet on-screen guidance are generally not grounds for refund after delivery.
4. How to request a refund or help
Email us using the address on our Contact page. Include your job ID, approximate time of purchase, and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within one business day and resolve eligible requests promptly (often within 5–10 business days for approved refunds, depending on your bank or card issuer).
5. Cancellation
There is no recurring subscription by default for standard purchases. If you initiate payment but abandon checkout before completion, you are not charged. After payment, cancellation is treated as a refund request under this policy.
6. Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your country or state (for example, certain EU/UK cooling-off rules may not apply to digital content after delivery if you consented to immediate delivery and acknowledged loss of withdrawal rights — your checkout flow should reflect any such consent where required).
